It's now August 15 and nothing has been fixed. Calls to the TWAD helpline (1800 425 3555) go unanswered. The local ward office said "it's being looked into." Families are spending ₹200–₹400 daily on water cans. Elderly residents and those without transport are the worst affected. 📍 Most affected streets: 4th Street, 7th Cross, DB Road RS Puram.
