What are the recommended detour routes to avoid OMR Metro construction blocks near Adyar?
I commute daily from Thiruvanmiyur to Sholinganallur. The current Metro tunneling work near Adyar and Madhya Kailash is causing 45-minute delays during peak hours. Are there any faster interior bypass routes?

To bypass Madhya Kailash and Adyar bottlenecks, take the OMR Inner Ring Road from Thiruvanmiyur via Taramani Link Road, then connect to Velachery Main Road and head down via Pallikaranai marsh road. Alternatively, you can use the ECR toll link road to bypass the core Sholinganallur junction completely.
