How to file an online RTI application to GCC for local neighborhood drainage layout copies?
We are facing severe stormwater stagnations in Velachery. We need to obtain official drain map copies to submit to the ward counselor. Can someone explain the process for TN online RTI filing?

Go to rtionline.tn.gov.in. Create an account, click on "Submit Request", select "Greater Chennai Corporation" as the Public Authority. Write your query requesting the "Stormwater drainage layout plan for Ward X, Zone Y". Pay the Rs 10 fee online. They are legally bound to reply within 30 days.
