TVK Government Unveils Statewide Employment Policy Framework for Youth

The Tamil Nadu government led by Chief Minister Vijay has rolled out a comprehensive statewide employment policy framework aimed at generating localized job opportunities across manufacturing and service sectors. During a high-level review meeting at the Secretariat, the administration emphasized skill development partnerships with global industrial leaders to absorb local engineering and vocational graduates. Opposition parties, however, have urged the cabinet to ensure transparent implementation and prioritize rural youth recruitment without bureaucratic delays.
