The TVK administration led by Chief Minister Vijay has unveiled a comprehensive Rs. 2,500-crore special industrial revival package targeted at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across industrial hubs like Chennai, Coimbatore, and Tiruppur. During a high-level review meeting at Fort St. George earlier today, the Chief Minister emphasized that revitalizing the manufacturing backbone of Tamil Nadu is paramount to generating youth employment and offsetting national economic headwinds. The package includes collateral-free working capital loans, power tariff subsidies for export-oriented units, and a dedicated fast-track dispute resolution mechanism for delayed payments from major corporations.
