For new ration card: visit tnpds.gov.in and apply online, or visit your nearest e-Sevai centre. Bring Aadhaar cards of all family members, proof of residence, and bank account details. For adding a member: go to tnpds.gov.in > Update Family Members. You can also call helpline 1967.
