What documents are needed to apply for government schemes?
Verified Citizen Answer & Procedure
Most schemes need: Aadhaar card (mandatory for all), ration card, bank passbook showing account number and IFSC, income certificate (from VAO or Taluk office), community/caste certificate, and 2 passport-size photos. Always check myscheme.gov.in for scheme-specific requirements.
