Verified Citizen Answer & Procedure
Simply go to any CMCHIS-empanelled hospital with your Tamil Nadu ration card. No prior registration or application is needed. Show your ration card at the hospital's CMCHIS desk. Coverage is up to ₹5 lakh per family per year. Find empanelled hospitals at cmchis.com.
