Who is Eligible? (Statutory Criteria)

• Small, marginal, and tenant paddy farmers residing in Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Pudukkottai, Trichy, Cuddalore, and delta zones. • Must cultivate registered wetland paddy and possess Chitta/Adangal extract.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step)

1. Register mobile number and land parcel details on the TNSCS e-DPC portal (tnscs.tn.gov.in). 2. Book an electronic time slot token to bring harvested paddy to the nearest village DPC. 3. Moisture test (up to 17% permissible) and digital weighment. 4. Direct bank transfer (DBT) receipt generated on spot; payment credited within 48 hours.
