• Must be a female student currently enrolled in regular college / polytechnic / ITI • Must have studied Classes 6 to 12 in Tamil Nadu Government schools (or Government-aided Tamil medium) • Private school / distance education students are not eligible.

The college uploads details onto the official Pudhumai Penn portal. 4. Verification is done by Social Welfare Dept and funds released monthly via DBT.
